• 01Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.
• 02Arriving late without notice will be considered a cancellation.
• 03Come with clean, detangled, and stretched hair. Blow-dry optional.
• 04All hair should be moisturized, not greasy.
• 05Hair is not included — I can help you choose or source it, paid separately or before service.
• 06No extra guests during appointments.
• 07Payment by cash or e-transfer only — no cheques.
• 08Be prepared for photos to be taken for my hair page.
• 09I take my time to deliver clean, high-quality results. Please be patient and avoid rushing.
